Culture

I pride myself on being a small company ~ and I think that matters.

Because at the end of the day, I take it personally. All of it.

“My greatest strength as a consultant is to be ignorant and ask a few questions.”

Peter Drucker, Management Consultant, Educator & Author 1909-2005

One of my favorite quotes, it is the basis of the only two real questions; why or why not?  Wisdom is, knowing when to ask them.

My Strategy

My strategy is really quite simple.  Plan, execute, learn, adjust, execute.  Keep on doing.  If the strategy is not adjusted on real world results, it’s nothing more than theory.

A lot of the time it’s the “little” decisions you make every day that have the greatest impact on your practice’s business over the longer term.  I believe in the idea of treating the underlying cause of issues in order to have a more permanent effect on the symptoms.

Strategy is all about determining your future direction and then allocating your scarce resources to the fewest steps that will get you there.  I’ll help you show your people the way; then I’ll get out of the way.
